ORDER TRACKING

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

STEP 1

Order Information Initialization and Entry

Once the customer places an order, immediately initiate the order information initialization process. Input key details like customer name, contact info, shipping address, product details, order number, and payment status into the order management system. Generate a unique order identification code for end-to-end tracking, ensuring data accuracy for subsequent steps.

STEP 2

Real-time Logistics Monitoring and Updates

When the order enters the logistics phase, integrate with logistics providers' systems to obtain the tracking number and transit information. Leverage GPS and barcode scanning to monitor statuses, such as pickup, transit, arrival, and delivery. Automatically update the order status and notify customers via email, SMS, or app push as the status changes.

STEP 3

Delivery Confirmation and Feedback Handling

After the package is signed for, confirm delivery. Verify if the customer received the product intact and collect feedback on product quality, shipping speed, and service. In case of issues, activate the after-sales process, coordinate solutions, and inform the customer to close the tracking loop.
